✅ Supporting documents required for refund or return
In order to process any refund or return request , clear proof of the problem is required. Two levels of supporting documentation are accepted:
- Primary Evidence: Complete Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
This video must show the package still sealed, the continuous opening, and the defect found (missing item, damaged item, etc.). This is the most reliable evidence. - Secondary Evidence: Clear photos of the issue
. In the absence of video, clear, detailed photos may be submitted. Please note: Photos alone do not guarantee a refund or resend.
⚠️ Important:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to a missing or damaged product.
- Items that are personalized or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.
🕒 Deadline for reporting problems
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.
After this time, we cannot guarantee that your claim will be processed favorably.
📦 Shipping and Delivery
- Order processing: within 24 to 48 working hours .
- Estimated delivery times: between 5 and 7 working days , excluding carrier-related delays.
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
📫 Lost or undelivered packages
- Carrier Responsibility:
A refund or resend is possible if the loss is attributable to the carrier , provided that the tracking does not mention “incorrect address” or “delivery failure”. - Customer Responsibility:
No refund will be given if the loss of the package is due to an address error or the customer’s lack of response during delivery attempts. - Local Delivery:
For any questions regarding local delivery, please contact your local carrier directly. We can provide their contact information upon request.
❌ Cancellation and returns
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled , except in the case of a duly noted duplicate order .
However, you can contact our customer service with your request; each case will be examined individually.

Address change requests must be notified to us immediately after ordering .
We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee processing if the order is already being processed.
