🔁 Returns and Refunds Policy

At Aquablade.shop , we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
However, in the event of an order-related issue, we have implemented a clear policy for returns and refunds.


📦 Proof required

In order for us to process any refund or return request , clear and documented proof of the problem is required.

Two types of supporting documents are accepted:

  • 🎥 Unboxing video (mandatory) The video must show the sealed
    package , the complete opening continuously, and any anomalies noted upon opening (missing, broken, damaged product, etc.).
  • 📸 Photos (if video is unavailable)
    Photos must be clear and explicit , but do not guarantee acceptance of the refund.

⚠️ Eligibility requirements

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any missing or damaged item .
  • Products customized or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

⏱ Claim deadline

Any claim (broken, incomplete, non-compliant product, etc.) must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package.


❌ Non-cancellable orders

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • The only exception: in the event of a duplicate order duly noted and reported promptly, cancellation may be considered.
